This Payment Policy outlines our standard payment schedule, accepted payment methods, and booking confirmation process to ensure a smooth travel planning experience.
A payment of 60% of the total tour cost is required to confirm your booking.
The remaining 40% balance payment is due no later than 30 days before your scheduled arrival.
Bookings are confirmed only after the applicable advance payment has been received.
We currently accept payments through the following methods:
Any bank transfer fees, currency conversion charges, payment gateway charges, or intermediary bank fees are the responsibility of the guest.
Hotel reservations, transportation, safari permits, guides, and other travel services are secured only after the required advance payment has been received.
Availability of certain services may change until the booking has been confirmed.
Full payment must be received before the commencement of the tour.
Failure to complete the remaining balance within the specified payment timeline may result in automatic cancellation of the booking, and applicable cancellation charges may apply in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
